Faith and Values

Saint Catherine of Siena lived out her Christian Faith in many ways. One of the ways was by dedicating herself and her life to God. She gave up her time to be with God and serve him.

She also began to form disciples round her, both men and women, who formed a spiritual fellowship, united to her by the bonds of mystical love.

Saint Catherine also lived out her Christian faith by sharing the news about God. She taught others around her and preached to them to follow God.

Catherine was also always helping the sick and the poor, sometimes even curing them. No matter what the disease was or how bad it was she was still always there to help.

Saint Catherine of Siena also modeled many values throughout her everyday life. She showed Justice as she was fair and reasonable but she was also strong and confident and spoke out for what she believed in.

Catherine had to be confident in order to do most of the things she did throughout her life. An example is when she had to convince the pope to go back to Rome. If she was not strong and confident she would not have been able to do so.

Catherine was also faithful to God and showed this through the ways that she served him and the people of the church.
